- The establishment of Freedom on earth has come as a gift from God to be employed in everyday life in the proper way considering the importance of God and religion.
- Freedom of speech does not include cursing God or his prophets in public.
- America should be the first to make the law not to curse God or his prophets, followed by other free nations including Israel.
The time has come to make an international law prohibiting the cursing of God and his prophets. Freedom of speech does not include cursing God or his prophets in public. The hatred between religions continues to build up including the hatred between the secular and religious. The prohibition of cursing God is one of the seven commandment of the children of Noah. Today after religion has spread out into the world through various channels this prohibition should include cursing Mohammed, Moses, and Jesus Christ. Cursing the Prophets causes hatred between people. Religions forbid cursing God. However they curse the prophets of other religions even those which are Monotheistic. This practice has to stop. For example to say in reference to a prophet or religion: Erase his or their name and memory. Cursed be he or they should be cursed.
In the Jewish world has been a lot of animosity against Christians and Muslims since they have become great powers in world religion in contrast to Judaism whose numbers are under twenty million. Jews have been persecuted by Christians and Moslems to convert under the threat of death. Those days are in the past and for sure the prophets Mohammed and Jesus regret that their followers used force conversion. Judaism when it was the only religion in the world did not allow idol worshippers in Israel or reformed monotheism. In order to live in Israel it was required for a non-Jew to accept the seven commandments of the children of Noah which included not to curse God.
The Ultra-Orthodox Jewish communities still hold hatred toward Christianity and Islam. However in a free world where there is freedom of religion there is no place for hatred which existed in the times when there were religious dictatorships. On the holiday of Purim the Jewish people celebrate their victory over Haman the wicked minister of the nation of Persia who caused the king Achashverosh to decree that the leader of the Jewish people Mordecai and the Jewish people would be exterminated. Mordecai refused to bow before Haman which caused Haman to want to take revenge. Hopefully these events are in the past. People today have free choice to be religious or secular. The secular should also not be allowed to curse God in public. This should also include public speeches in synagogues, mosques and churches as well in community centers. However scriptures and prayers remain sacred and need not be censored.
The last few years there have been terrorist attacks on synagogues, mosques and Churches by militant extremists. Stopping a terrorist attack is difficult. When the next terrorist attack of religious hatred will come is hard to predict. Terrorism is against the law. Cursing religions and their Prophets should also be against the law. Speaking out against Jews Anti-Semitism has already been condemned in the Congress. The same should apply to hatred of Jesus and Christianity, and Mohammed Islam. Keep the hatred inside and don’t spread it outside in public.
Muslims are being judged because of those Muslim extremists who have given Mohammed and the God of Islam a bad name. Muslims are a wonderful people with great faith in God an example to all of mankind. Most Muslims are truly sincere believers in the Ten Commandments. They can be admired for their modesty and sexual purity. They follow a Code of Law called Sharia with true belief in their prophet Mohammed. Cursing Mohammed is a great sin for all of mankind and should be prohibited in America, Israel and all free nations. The same applies to Jesus and Christianity. Jesus Christ changed the world and has brought into the world freedom and equality. Although these changes are resented by religions which are against freedom, today freedom and the belief in freedom of religion is the law of the world. Orthodox religions or secularists which are against freedom have to stop cursing those that worked to establish religious freedom in the world. The hatred created by cursing God and the prophets causes even more hatred than terrorism.
America should be the first to make the law not to curse God or his prophets, followed by other free nations including Israel. The commandment Love of your neighbor in the free world is not limited to those of your religion, culture, ethnic background, color or race. Democracy teaches to receive both sides in a dispute and to reach a compromise. The compromise is not reached through war but through communication between people. About this is written in the book of Psalms 120: 7 in the name of King Solomon, “I am for peace, and for this purpose we speak, they are for war.” In the history of development of religions and nations, there has been enough wars. The establishment of Freedom on earth has come as a gift from God to be employed in everyday life in the proper way considering the importance of God and religion.
